Quartz

Quartz is known as a colorless glass that is composed of mostly pure silica and is resistant to high temperatures. 

Pyrex

Pyrex is also known as borosilicate and is commonly used in a laboratory settings. Laboratories often use borosilicate glassware because of its chemical inertness and heat resistance.
